1 of my nymphs hatched about a week ago. but last night another 4 hatched at about 10:00-12:00. I saw two to start with but when i woke up this morning there was another two. All 4 of them have hatched nearly 2 months early!:D:D:D:D

I'm getting daily hatchings of Indians. The one that hatched this morning has to be the fastest one I have had, it was running around like a hippie on speed. I am going to be removing the Indian ova from my tubs as I'm not too keen on being over run by them. I've lost count on how many have hatched up to press. I want to save some space for any other species I might get in the not too distant future.

yes its odd when you get lots of nymphs hatch all of a sudden in such numbers some days, whereas the next you get no hathcings at all for months at a time...

i often find misting eggs of certain species can stimulate the nymphs to hatch the next day or after.

I know its weird 1 night I sprayed the eggs more than usual and about 3 days later here they are running around. It could just be coincidence though

I'd get a bigger tank if you are planing on hatching the lot.

And an entire privet hedge to feed them on. ;):D

Do you think hatching of one somehow stimulates hatching of the other? If not, it's pretty amazing how they hatch so close together.

I was wondering about your infinity Indian Stick Insects.. pretty impressive collection :)

We had tons of eggs and they all hatched within 2 or 3 days of eachother.. it was pretty crazy. Watching them hatch is amazing.

I've decided to rid myself of the indian ova as I don't really want too many of them. I'm happy with just a few of each species.

My Neohirasea Maerens were mating this morning (Yup I got pictures of it, my own stick porn collection which I can post for all the other stick porn collectors to see) so I am hoping that in a few weeks I'll be getting a few ova from this species.

My favorite up to press has got to be my Trachyaretaon Bruekneri as they are a good sized stick, don't require a great deal of looking after and are quite robust for handling. I have a pair that have been together for a few weeks now, don't know of anything has happened between them, but I have my sand set up ready just in case they did the deed.

Every egg has now hatched so I'm going to stop saving ova! I think its the summer making them hatch because they all hatched a month and a half early

I'd count those into the tub so you know how many to expect. ;)
