We currently have Aretaon Asperrimus, Macleay Spectre, Baculum Thai, Neohirasea Maerens, Medauroidea extraentata and indian. We are looking to adding to our collection probably sticking to the bigger speices. We want something friendly that the kids can handle and no sprayers. Thinking of a Trachyaretaon Bruekneri, What would you recommend? What are your favourites.:)

I would say Trachyaretaon Bruekneri, but then I have only kept the species in my signature below. But the Trachyaretaon Bruekneri are quite friendly, the females grow to a nice kiddy friendly size and with some handling can become quite easy to handle.

I'd say Pharnacia if you can get some. They are beasty, and don't mind handling.

If you want something really interesting with good character, but you will need to wear gloves when handling, go for some Eurycantha. They really are the business.

I have surplus big nymphs of Phaenophare Khaoyaensis
and Lonchodes Brevipes, my kids like them and especially
the Lonchodes are easy to handle and very robust.
Only thing is that the P&P from sweden is around 7 pounds
for a big box like that.
