I just wondered, when a female eurycantha calcarata lays her very first egg after a few weeks of being adult will this egg be fertile? Ive heard that they are capable of parthogenosis

Has she mated? They are capable of parthenogenesis, but it's not very healthy.

I have males in with her, for the first few weeks of her being adult I didn't keep the eggs Because I didn't think they would be sexually produced

No, they weren't. She surely mated with one of the males right after her final moult and all eggs she produced were sexual.
